Mats Cart aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for return or refund as described below.

Return Eligibility

• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective product
• Product materially different from description
• Products must be unused, in original packaging (unless defective)

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, opened (where hygiene is a concern), personalized, or marked non-returnable cannot be returned.

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from delivery date.

Return Process

2. Upon approval, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may take up to 5-10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
